Pet Food Chain Expands, Moves HQ to Oakland

Pet Food Express is leaving San Leandro and moving its headquarters to Oakland, the Oakland Tribune reports.
The retailer has also been expanding, opening 10 stores in the past 18 months despite the down economy, and will continue to open new stores until the end of 2011.
