Pet Savvy Dog Training

Trainer: Maura McPadden

Maura graduated with honors from Animal Behavior College in 2006 and then continued her education during a two-year internship with a mentor trainer. In addition to her private training and pet sitting practice she has fostered and rehabilitated shelter dogs in her home and served as a volunteer at several local shelters.

As a trainer Maura's goal is to help you form a partnership with your dog that will last a lifetime. Her training method is a positive reward based program that will motivate you and your dog to learn and work together. Training is a great way to bond and spend quality time with your dog. It is never too soon or too late to start and Maura is committed to addressing your individual needs and concerns. Private training is available for those dogs that may not be ready to work in a group.

As an advocate for shelter dogs Maura offers a 10% discount to those of you who have provided a home for a rescue dog and she looks forward to meeting many more wonderful dogs and their people.
