Class Description and Pricing

Cost: Happy Dawgs $129 for 6 weeks, Seniors $99 for 6 weeks, Drop in Class Fee is $15 or 6 drop in classes for $75

Puppy Playtime: Safe playtime and socialization with other, puppies, dogs and humans. Session covers handling and calming techniques, reliable walking and recall, beginning obedience exercises, bite inhibition and a question and answer session.

Happy Dogs 1 Basics: A semi private class of only 6 dogs or less. You will learn how to work with your dog to eliminate jumping, barking, digging, chewing, pulling on leash, inappropriate behavior, housebreaking issues and not coming when called. You and your dog will learn hand signals and voice instructions for, sit, down, leave it, wait, stay, nice leash walking, come when called and basic socialization skills. Includes training handouts and graduation certificate.

First Class is a mandatory orientation for humans only, no dogs please! Proof of current vaccinations for Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella required. Please bring records to orientation.

Happi Dawgs 1 Basics (Seniors): This semi private class of only 6 dogs or less, is specifically designed for seniors (persons 55+) and disabled persons and their dogs. Our goal is to introduce senior handlers to positive training methods  You will learn how to work with your dog to eliminate jumping, barking, digging, chewing, pulling on leash, inappropriate behavior and not coming when called.  You and your dog will learn hand signals and voice instructions for, sit, down, leave it, wait, stay, nice leash walking, come when called and basic socialization skills. Includes training handouts and graduation certificate. Class registration fee also includes a Senior Discount.

Happi Dawgs II: This semi private class is for dogs 4 months and older who have completed a basic positively reinforced dog class and are now ready to go to the next level. This class will teach you how to be a great leader to your dog and help you get rid of those ‘stinkin’ leashes and tap unto a wonderful relationship with your dog. You will improve your body language communication with your dog, allowing you to work with your dog on achieving lightening fast sits and downs, as well as long distance sit and down stays, tricks, and polite walking. You will improve your dog's attention on you and increase your dog's socialization skills. This 6 week class is open for all dogs who already know sit, down and some leash walking.
