Sean has been raised around animal training and has 16 years in professional experience with dogs. From living on a horse ranch to being employed at a veterinary hospital, from working with police K9′s locally, to completing a 24 month apprenticeship with Erin Kramer, Sean has handled dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. In addition to working as a dog trainer at Tug Dogs, Sean heads the Pit bull University training program helping to promote responsible pit bull ownership in the Sacramento area. Sean is both a Canine Good Citizen evaluator for the American Kennel Club and participates in therapy dog work with his pit bull Cash.

Sundays: 10 - 11 am Good Family Dog
Cost: $125 for 6 weeks
Good Family Dog: Your dog will work on polite leash walking, obedience commands like sit, down, stay, and come, a leave it command, polite greeting behavior (not jumping up), and will learn a a few fun tricks. We will also discuss stopping common problem behaviors and how to build a relationship with your dog to ensure training success. The Good Family Dog Class is also step one towards preparing for the Canine Good Citizen award (CGC) and therapy dog work.
