My Mutt Stories: Ronan

Ronan

Featured My Mutt... "Ronan"

Ronan

My grandmother passed away in March 2012. Three months later, we adopted Ronan. He was spunky, skinny, funny, and energetic. He represented everything that we wanted for our future. He reminded me that despite losing a woman who’d raised me – a woman who was irreplaceable - that I should keep pushing forward and making a life of which she'd be proud. Ronan was a breath of fresh air. He has since calmed down, gained weight, and concreted himself in our family. He is a fixture of our household. There was no remarkable story of his coming to be part of our pack, no tragic event that led to his being rescued. He's just a regular dog that needed a regular home. We are so thrilled to have been given the chance to let him have a regular, comfortable, and happy life.
