Are you looking to adopt a new dog? We've partnered with Orphan Dog Rescue to offer dog adoptions at our Petaluma store.

Formerly LCAS (Lake County Animal Services) Orphan Dog is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit that rescues animals, with an emphasis on dogs. In addition, Orphan Dog rescues, rehabs, and re-homes the dogs at an average cost of $250.00 per dog. This low cost is because all of the staff at the rescue are 100% volunteer, all of the facilities are donated, staff is trained in shelter medicine, vet costs are monitored, and much of the travel expenses are donated. Orphan Dog supports spay /neuter by providing well over 300 dog owners each year with reduced and no cost spay vouchers, provides food for needy dogs and cats, supports Lake Resource Center’s program for animals that are displaced with their owners in domestic violence situations, and travel over 2,500 miles a month in four different counties to rescue, rehab and rehome animals.
